Full on restoration of these walls. skimmed to perfection and then a Festool Planex sander was deployed to smooth it all out. The paint masked all that skimming.

Windows were painted the same color as the siding. Customer went with a Benjamin Moor Paint, which cleans out of a brush better than any other product on the market, especially for outdoor satin.

Progress is a beautiful thing.

Finished Dormer. Rather than backbrush, we decided to spray it smooth and the modern look with the rustic roof and masonry work really gave the house a new feel, and the customer remarked on how the old blended so well with the modern look of the siding.

This dormer was beat to heck, so a few well placed beads of Sherwin Williams 1050QD did wonders. The final result is clean.

Sometimes in order to work more efficiently, more than one ladder is needed, especially during outdoor work. Here we have 2 adjustable ladders set up in order to knock out a set of shutters faster. The one on the left is done, the remaining three are not. The difference is clear.

This old door was in great need of a facelift. The taping was necessary in order to make sure the framing was totally covered and that it would not take forever.

Sherwin Williams Emerald is a great product. We wiped the door, gave it a quick sand, then used Sherwin's Extreme Bond Primer on the entire thing before applying 2 coats of blue and 2 coats of exterior semi gloss. This door is now ready for a new life.

This is a basic drywall Repair.

Here we have the heat gun on the mud, once it dries it can be sanded, primed, and painted.

Here we have another ceiling job. The ceiling was wavy and needed to be flattened.

Here is another ceiling repair, we use the quick dry mud here followed by a good skim coat with the blue lid spackle.

This customer wanted to nestle his fridge inside of a wall. We made that happen.

Here we have all the products involved in this project, we did not end up using the turbo can for this one, we brushed and rolled the Rustoleum oil.

This railing will last another few decades now.

This is the small decor statue that was built with the house. This customer was one of the only ones on the block with one of these still in tact, most of them were scrapped. I decided to surprise the customer with this one. I did not charge, but i wanted to do it as a challenge, and the result is stunning.

Here is my final piece. I used various techniques to achieve this result. beginning to end, this whole thing took about 3 hours. Bragging rights only. No transactions involved for this one. Just had to flex a bit.

This ceiling was in a sad state and the landlord demanded it be fixed. The tennant was not about to hire an amateur.

Here is the final result. It looks pretty close to how the landlord gave it to the renter. He was satisfied. She was satisfied. We were all satisfied.

This Deck needed a good makeover, so the homeowner decided to bring in his A team.

Here is a pressure washed deck followed by Super Deck Latex from Sherwin. In and out in a day. Just the flats, no railings.

This window broke and rather than get a new one the homeowner wanted something a bit different. We Sealed the window and added this decoration to it for ivy to grow over time.

This staircase was old and beat. We decided to remove this decrepit old carpet and restore the wood underneath.

After the Carpeting was removed, all the wood was sanded with a dust extractor, leaving virtually no dust behind.

Staining and Poly Clearcoat were added as the last steps. ALL pun intended.

Here I am on a different section of the stairs in another part of the home finishing the risers with Sherwin Extreme Bond Primer Followed by a Semi Gloss white.

We built this staircase for a customer who did not have the extra money. I told her that as long as she buys the materials I would include it in her estimate free of charge. The old staircase was very unsafe and she had children. Sometimes its better to help than want something in return.

So we are not plumbers, but swapping out a faucet isn't rocket science and its something we ended up doing for a customer.

Here we are securing a rubber shield on a tarp using roofing pitch. It was overkill but the seal should hold until the customer has their roof replaced in the near future.

My sister gifted me a set of art supplies and this was just me in my spare time having some fun.

After some shading and added value this Flower took shape.

This customer was selling their home and the last painting contractor botched the ceilings. We gave it a go and it seemed to work out nicely for them.

This was a repair shop off the Main Line, their waiting room was inspired by the open plan waiting rooms in Europe.

We ensure that the most care goes into covering things that don't need paint.

This was a damaged Pergola tip. We used a brad nailer and a paint mixing stick to make the repair. Look close. Clever.

This customer wanted a Disney theme upon entering their home. This color was inspired by The Little Mermaid, it came out very nicely.

This home belonged to a Realtor. If she brought us in that is high praise as she has many of us Painters on standby.

Some more skimming and sanding of ceilings.

Here we cut and measure wood to make custom drawers for Kitchen cabinets.

Here is one of the drawers we built.

The custom drawers just need some sliders from the hardware store. Once the drawer faces are installed with the handles the customer will be all set.

We do not mess around when it comes to implementing the best tech to do the most work in the shortest amount of time. This is called a Dust Extractor, and this particular setup is made by a German company called Festool. The idea is to sand while the wheeled vacuum sucks the dust. It has HEPA filtration. Other companies such as Bosch, Fein, Makita, DeWalt, and Mirka offer a similar product at various price points. This is the brand Sherwin Williams sells and the brand most painters in the USA buy.

This wall was pitted and grooved from about 40 years of repaints. We had to skim it heavily and thoroughly. The walls must be an inch or so thicker than when the building was erected, and hundreds of pounds heavier. Paint adds a lot of weight over that much time.

These balconies were pretty old and in need of a desperate paint job. The results were stunning, all jet black.

Here is an Apartment Complex balcony i did for the owner to show them how this shiny black theme would look. They were thrilled.

So I was awarded this contract and I ended up doing the entire complex. We even included letters and numbers which were previously worn and illegible. The firefighters will love us for that one.

This was a failing sheet of drywall that we were able to save.

This was a nasty one. It started with a small bit of peeling paint, and once my scraper touched it the entire thing decided to disintegrate.

Almost like it never happened. Well. It happened to me certainly. Then I happened to it right back.

Here is another one of these Laundry Room beams that were falling apart.

Its a bit wavy but I used what the customer provided me corner bead wise, clearly they weren't thinking about perfection but function and longevity. As long as they are happy that's all that matters sometimes. Compared to what it was they were pretty cool with the result.

This brick was full of mold. We treated it with Zinnser Mold Remediating Semi Gloss primer followed but a good heavy topcoat. The HEPA Festool vacuum sucked up all the nasty debris.

Here is the final result of all that restoration, its amazing honestly what paint can do sometimes, as well as the proper prep work.

This laundry room ceiling in this complex needed extensive taping and mudding.

Here is yet another laundry room that needed a good restoration. There were 15 of these, ill only show a few. You see one and you have seen them all.

All 15 of these laundry rooms gleam and are meant to last for a long time. The paint was applied super heavy with the trusty Titan 120x Portable Sprayer and backrolled with a Colossus nap.

This was another home that the customer was getting ready to sell. The next person will get a very pretty house.

Adding a little bit of flare to my work vehicle. I like to change it up sometimes.

The theme was Moroccan so it had to look a bit clownish. I enjoyed the result.

Beginning stages of the painting involved replacing windows, which was done by another contractor.

Here is a bedroom that needed some prep before paint. We did the entire room from the baseboards to the ceiling.

So I did not install the drywall on this ceiling, but I sure did tape and mud it, along with the rest of what you see. It was then sanded, the customer decided to prime it all themselves and call me back to paint everything.

Here is the final result. It works. Its different. Its not typical of what most guys have in their portfolio and that is why its great.

This customer wanted her Ceilings Satin Black. The walls were a cream color and it actually worked well.

This Garage needed a facelift and some repairs.

The upper Garage Facia on these Philly homes are steel, they rust over time. After power sanding with 40 grit pads, it was ready for an oil based primer meant for rust inhibition.

This garage also had a nasty rotting wood issue. I removed the rot and started new with fresh wood and shims followed by Bondo.

Here is the result after the initial cleanup and repair. The Bondo filler has been applied, it is a fiberglass body filler used in the automotive industry.

The repair went smooth and looks smooth also.

Now the painting can begin on the door.

The final Garage Restoration, is flawless.

This was a demo I helped a customer with, sometimes they too like to get their hands dirty.

Basic patch and repaint.

Every now and then you run into very stubborn wallpaper removal. This was one of them. Always have the proper grit sandpaper.

Here is an imitation brick wall that the customer wanted in white semi gloss.

Here is a handyman type task i took on for a friend. He bought vintage weights and had me clean them up. Afterwards he told me they were stored in a basement for a few decades where the roof leaked and they were submerged in water for half the year. Fascinating to think how I gave them a new life!

This project was deff up my alley. Very off the wall request and on the railings. We used a basic Valspar satin paint since that's what was in their garage, and it looked awesome.

This customer wanted to be able to hang their wash right after it dried. We installed a heavy duty closet rod and it did the trick perfectly.

Prepwork of Kitchen Cabinets. Light sand to the frames followed by Stixx Primer. The doors got Shellac based primer which hardens like stone. Just try sanding it you will see.

Here we have a new construction, everything was stained in a few different colors followed by a Satin Sealer.

Here is a basic repaint of some hallways in a retirement community.

This was just for fun, it all got cleaned. Just had to illustrate to the customer how filthy it really was.

Some wallpaper removal and painting. Nothing spectacular, but the result speaks volumes.

As stated, the final result is really pleasing.

These are both sanders. Grandfather and Grandson. Imagine what Great Grandson will be.
